Solutions Group
The Solutions Group provides our clients with integrated business solutions that allow for
profitable growth and optimal performance. Members of the Solutions Group provide our clients
with publications, customized support, advanced analytics, education and expertise to help make
informed decisions that enhance performance, productivity, profitability and the patient experience.
Our team consists of MDs, RNs, PhDs, MBAs, MHAs, Data Analysts, Writers, Educators and Researchers
who work together to understand our client's needs and offer expert opinions on the future of health
care around the world.
Client Engagement
The Client Engagement team develops an intimate knowledge of client operations in order to anticipate
their strategic and operational needs. Our teams of sales specialists collaborate to generate new sales
leads, manage a book of business, and assure delivery of the highest level of client-focused value
through Sg2 services and products. Our consultative selling strategy allows us to partner with health
care executives to address today's challenges and translate leading practices into actionable strategies
and tactics.
Support
The Support team addresses the needs of our clients through providing services to the Solutions Group
and Client Engagement teams. The Support team consists of IT, Finance, Administration, Talent and Office
Services professionals that provide the infrastructure to keep our teams focused on the needs of our
clients.
