Sg2 INSIGHT is integrated with your organization’s system—which allows for direct data uploading and
reporting. On a monthly basis, a notification is sent to all members of your executive team alerting
you to the new reports. This automated approach enables you to build performance reporting into existing
monthly meetings to keep the data and information at the forefront and to ensure accountability.
Monthly automated INSIGHT reports provide:

On an annual basis, Sg2 experts meet privately with your team to present the report findings and
provide specific performance improvement recommendations. Overall performance is scored relative
to other providers using the proprietary Sg2 Value Index scoring system. The Value Index score
is provided for community-based, acute, and recovery and rehabilitation care—allowing you to quickly
evaluate how well you are performing across the full patient care continuum. The Sg2 Value Index is
based on a comparative database with hundreds of hospitals and leading practice analysis from Sg2's
