The Benefit Breakdown

We know you have a life outside of the workplace. Sg2 works with your schedule to offer flexible working hours when you need it. Additionally, many employees have the option of working from home on occasion.

Medical Insurance Plans
Sg2 offers employees 3 comprehensive medical plans to choose from based on their needs. Employees may choose from PPO or HMO plans.

Dental Insurance
Sg2’s dental plan provides 100% coverage for routine care from an in-network dentist. There is no premium for employees.

Life Insurance
Benefit eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a basic life insurance policy covered in full by Sg2.

Long-term Disability/Short-term Disability
Sg2 offers both short- and long-term disability insurance. Employees are also offered up to 12 weeks of maternity leave with 8 weeks at full pay.

Employees can enroll in a flexible savings account for eligible medical expenses, such as additional optometry or orthodontia costs, and some prescribed over-the-counter medications. Employees can also choose to be self-reimbursed for dependent care and transportation expenses.

Health Club Subsidy
Sg2 reimburses up to $25 per month of an employee’s health club membership.

Vacation and Holidays
Sg2 offers generous paid time off for vacations and sick days, along with all major holidays.

Employees have the opportunity to enroll in a 401(k) plan, and Sg2 provides a partial match on employee contributions.

Food Service
Sg2, offers employees free breakfast and lunch each day in our dining area known as the Terrace. In addition, beverages and snacks are available throughout the day.

Shuttle Service
Free shuttle service is available for employees riding the Metra and Chicago “L.” The shuttle van picks up employees at designated times before and after the work day.

As of February 11, 2016, Vizient, Inc. has completed its purchase of MedAssets Sg2 and spend and clinical resource management segments from Pamplona Capital Management, LLC. MedAssets revenue cycle business will continue to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pamplona Capital Management LLP.
