Brian is an enterprise strategy thought leader overseeing the development of Sg2 intelligence offerings related to federal and state payment and policy dynamics, revenue growth, scale, and the impact of value-based care delivery on health systems and suppliers. He supports health system executives and physician leaders in the development of strategic plans capable of accepting risk and transitioning to value-based care delivery.

Prior to joining Sg2, Brian was a director in the population health management division of a national consulting firm that KLAS rated number 1 in value-based care consulting and services for 3 years in a row. During that time, Brian developed multiple clinically integrated networks/accountable care organizations across the country, guiding them through the transition from fee-for-service to value-based care. Brian has also worked as a strategy consultant for regional consulting firms.

Brian received an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, where he focused on finance. He also holds a BA from The Ohio State University, where he focused on international business and finance. Brian has served as a guest lecturer on health care reform at the University of Florida, the University of Pittsburgh and St Petersburg College. He currently lives in Cleveland with his wife and 3 highly energetic children. He enjoys traveling with his family, spending time outdoors and working out.
