Brianna Motley


Brianna is an experienced strategist who serves as a thought leader for Sg2. In her current role she focuses both on developing thought leadership for health care strategy topics that bridge cost, quality and market insights, and leading delivery and strategy for Sg2’s Intelligence offerings. Brianna regularly advises teams and boards on strategic decision-making amid the changing health care landscape.

Prior to her current role, Brianna led research for Sg2’s System of CARE™(Clinical Alignment and Resource Effectiveness), with expertise in capacity planning, ambulatory strategy, digital strategy and care at home. She also spent seven years leading enterprise strategy consulting engagements for academic medical centers, safety net hospitals and large health systems across the country.

In addition to her 10+ years of experience at Sg2, Brianna has worked on the provider and pharma/biotech sides of health care, leading strategic planning efforts for a multihospital system and focusing on access and reimbursement strategies for newly launched therapies.

Brianna received her MBA with a focus on health enterprise strategy and management, marketing, and organization management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She earned a BA in Latin American studies from the University of Chicago.
