Dionne Dela Cruz

As a member of Sg2’s Intelligence team, Dionne Dela Cruz provides expertise in women’s health and pediatric service line strategy. She leads the development and delivery of women’s health thought leadership, helping clients navigate the evolving landscape of women’s health care. She also is a key member that contributes to children’s hospital strategy and pediatric-focused intelligence. In her role, Dionne researches and analyzes leading trends, develops publications, and contributes to the annual Impact of Change® forecast for women’s health and pediatrics.

Prior to joining Sg2, Dionne held various roles in health care operations and strategy. Following graduate school, she completed an Administrative Fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Orange County, where she supported initiatives in hospital operations, performance excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.

Dionne holds a master of health administration from the University of Southern California, and she earned a bachelor of science in health care administration from San Jose State University.
