As a member of the Intelligence Delivery team, Gurmeet focuses on the development and delivery of Sg2’s neurosciences and spine service line strategy. He contributes to white papers, web seminars and the annual development of Sg2’s Impact of Change® forecast. Gurmeet evaluates the impact of emerging trends and innovations in care delivery to help clients make informed long-term strategic decisions.

Prior to joining Sg2, Gurmeet worked as a research associate in strategy consulting at Stax Inc. His role was to develop primary research and utilize secondary resources to help the consulting team facilitate client decisions, as well as assist in due diligence for client mergers and acquisitions. He also leverages experience in life science market research and has an extensive background teaching for the Princeton Review. During his undergraduate career at Loyola University Chicago, Gurmeet worked as a research assistant investigating the effects of chronic stress on memory in the animal model. His work was published in the Journal of Neuroscience and presented at the Society for Neuroscience’s annual conferences.

Gurmeet graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a BS in biological sciences. He received his MS in biomedical science with a concentration in health professions education from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. During his free time, Gurmeet enjoys cooking, playing golf, learning from TEDx Talks, and spending time with friends and family.
