As a member of the Intelligence team, Gurmeet focuses on the development and delivery of Sg2’s imaging, neurosciences and spine service line strategy. He contributes to white papers, webinars and the annual development of the Sg2 Impact of Change® forecast. He evaluates the impact of emerging trends and innovations in care delivery to help clients make informed, long-term strategic decisions.

Prior to joining Sg2, Gurmeet worked as a research associate in strategy consulting at Stax Inc. In this role he was responsible for developing primary research and utilizing secondary resources to facilitate client decisions as well as assisting in due diligence for client mergers and acquisitions. Gurmeet leverages his experience in life science market research and has an extensive background teaching for the Princeton Review. During his undergraduate career, Gurmeet led a multiyear research project investigating the effects of chronic stress on memory in the animal model. His work has been published in the Journal of Neuroscience and presented at annual conferences of the Society for Neuroscience.

Gurmeet received his MS in biomedical science, with a concentration in health professions education, from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a BS in biological sciences. During his free time, Gurmeet enjoys cooking, playing golf and spending time with friends and family.
