Pam Dolan
Content DirectorAs a member of the Sg2 writing team, Pam works closely with subject matter experts across the company to develop a range of editorial content produced by the Intelligence Team. She contributes to research—such as interviewing leading hospitals and health systems on a variety of topics, including consumerism, strategy development, cost containment and workforce planning—and provides content and editorial direction throughout the publication development process. She also works with Sg2’s Life Sciences and Industry (LSI) team to produce content for LSI members. That work includes creating a series of guides covering health care trends and their impact on LSI firms.

In addition to establishing the first health care beat for a daily newspaper in Northwest Indiana, Pam wrote for the Business section of the American Medical Association’s now defunct weekly newspaper, American Medical News. She wrote a practice management column for an independent physician audience and later launched a weekly health care technology column.
Pam earned a BS in communications from Ball State University with concentrated studies in newspaper writing and photography.
