Rhae Ana Gamber
Associate PrincipalRhae is a recognized thought leader in children’s hospital enterprise strategy and pediatric health care trends. She advises executives and physician leaders on the future of pediatric medicine, offering strategic insights to help organizations navigate the distinct and evolving challenges within the children’s hospital and pediatric landscape.
In her role at Sg2, Rhae leads the development and delivery of pediatric-focused intelligence, analytic insights and strategic education for Sg2’s membership of children’s hospitals. She oversees key initiatives such as the annual Children’s Hospital Summit and the children’s hospital and pediatric Impact of Change® forecasts. In addition, Rhae works with various teams and experts across Vizient to coordinate and develop pediatric-focused solutions. A trusted voice in the field, Rhae regularly presents data-driven research to executive teams, hospital boards, national industry conferences, and at Sg2/Vizient events. Her work has been published in the Journal of Perinatology and featured at the American Academy of Pediatrics national conference.
Previously, Rhae served as a clinical research coordinator in the Maternal and Child Health Research Center at the University of Pennsylvania, where she contributed to several research studies assessing high-risk pregnancy and preterm birth prevention. Prior to her time at Penn, Rhae worked in pediatric endocrinology clinical research at Nemours Children’s Clinic at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, researching type 1 diabetes and chromosomal genetic disorders.
Rhae earned her master’s degree in public health at the University of Pennsylvania and her bachelor of science degree in psychology, with a minor in business administration, from Drexel University.
