As a member of Sg2's Intelligence team, Setu contributes to the development and delivery of Sg2's oncology and orthopedics service line strategy. She helps develop publications, educational events and the annual Impact of Change® forecast. Setu works to ensure that health system and service line leaders are continually ahead of important industry and market trends as they make long-term strategic and investment decisions.

Before joining Sg2, Setu worked as a program manager at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where she managed process improvement projects for the department's education and medical simulation programs. In addition, she interned with the Global Health Care Services team at Houston Methodist Hospital, where she worked on a variety of business development and consulting projects focused on expanding global reach and cultivating international patients. During graduate school, Setu worked on a project with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to define the business opportunity to expand remote oncology second opinion services.

Setu received her master of public health degree with a concentration in healthcare management from Boston University and holds a bachelor of science in biology with a minor in public health from the University of Houston.
