As a member of Sg2’s Intelligence team, Setu develops thought leadership to help members navigate the current and future landscape of cancer care delivery. She translates the impact of national trends, emerging drugs and therapeutics, and service line distribution and optimization into strategic and business development considerations for health system leaders. Setu frequently collaborates with experts across Sg2/Vizient on topics related to pharmacy, radiopharmaceutical therapy and theranostics.

Before joining Sg2, Setu served as a program manager at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she led project management and process improvement initiatives for the Department of Pediatric Newborn Medicine. She also interned with the Global Health Care Services team at Houston Methodist Hospital, supporting business development and consulting projects aimed at expanding global reach and cultivating international patients. During graduate school, she partnered with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute on a project to define the business opportunity for expanding remote oncology second opinion services.

Setu holds a master’s of public health with a concentration in healthcare management from Boston University and a bachelor of science in biology with a minor in public health from the University of Houston.
