Sg2 Welcomes Consulting Principals Melissa Threlkeld, MHA, FACHE, and Heidi Pandya, MSHA
Sg2, a Vizient company, is pleased to announce the addition of Melissa Threlkeld, MHA, FACHE, and Heidi Pandya, MSHA, as principals within its consulting practice.

Melissa Threlkeld, MHA, FACHE, has over 20 years of experience in health care, serving in leadership roles across strategy, operations and consulting. Most recently, Ms Threlkeld served as regional vice president, oncology, for Sarah Cannon at Medical City Healthcare (HCA North Texas) in Dallas, TX. While there, she set the vision for and led the development of a system-wide strategy for the largest oncology program in HCA Healthcare. Ms Threlkeld also collaborated with hospital leaders on the execution of tactical plans that exceeded contribution margin, volume and market share growth targets. Prior to serving at HCA/Sarah Cannon, Ms Threlkeld served in leadership roles at Cardinal Health, working with large integrated delivery networks and academic medical centers, as well as at St Luke’s Episcopal Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Center. Ms Threlkeld is board certified in health care management as a Fellow (FACHE) in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Heidi Pandya, MSHA, brings nearly 20 years of health care provider and professional service experience to Sg2. Most recently, Ms Pandya served as vice president, strategic planning, at Medical City Healthcare (HCA North Texas) where she successfully led the North Texas division and facility executives through annual development of strategic plans, exceeding annual goals for each of the past five years. Prior to HCA, she served as a director in the strategic transformation practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she structured and led cross-functional operational teams that implemented strategies and operational improvement for multibillion-dollar health care organizations. Ms Pandya also serves as faculty in the Department of Health Care Administration at her alma mater, Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.
