Mike is the leader of the physician strategy consulting practice at Sg2 and has worked across all aspects of the provider continuum and developed strategies and led engagements for community hospitals, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers and independent provider organizations. He contributes to thought leadership in the areas of medical group strategy, hospital-physician alignment, ambulatory expansion and health care disruption.
