Brianna is a visionary strategist who develops innovative and structured planning approaches for large-scale health systems and multimarket organizations. As a member of the Sg2 Consulting team, she performs customized market analyses for her clients, basing strategic direction for success in the new value-based and consumer-focused health care era.
Brianna collaborates with a variety of providers on strategic enterprise, growth and service line planning. She is particularly skilled at developing systematic planning approaches and strategy development in behavioral health and post-acute care. She also guides suppliers in translating health care trends, understanding market readiness and constructing health system strategy.
Brianna returned to Sg2 after a year at BJC Healthcare in St Louis, serving as a system director of strategic planning, where she supported planning efforts across BJC’s portfolio of hospitals and services. Prior to joining Sg2, Brianna was part of Amgen’s commercial leadership program, working to develop access and reimbursement strategies for a newly FDA-approved osteoporosis medication. She also evaluated social sector programs and initiatives at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago, focusing on child maltreatment prevention, juvenile justice and education. She was responsible for evaluating program performance, including achievement of metrics and stated goals, and providing recommendations for continued funding.
Brianna received her MBA with a focus on health enterprise strategy and management, marketing, and organization management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She earned a BA in Latin American studies from the University of Chicago.
