Tek Vu
DirectorTek is a seasoned customer experience leader with decades of health care and customer service experience, particularly in optimizing and improving the end-to-end experience for customers. Tek is focused on supporting Sg2 member health care provider organizations with powerful customer-centric analytics and expertise to more effectively design and implement growth strategies to grow business through achieving customer loyalty.
Before joining Sg2, Tek served in customer experience and operational leadership with the two largest health systems in the Central Florida area—AdventHealth and Orlando Health. He has worked in tandem with acute and outpatient service lines, particularly inpatient, emergency and oncology areas, to impact processes and performance improvements, customer feedback analytics and even interpersonal communications coaching with medical staff.
Tek earned his master of science in health services administration from the University of Central Florida and is certified as both a Customer Experience (CCXP) and a Patient Experience (CPXP) professional. Outside of work, Tek is a voice-over artist, martial artist and archer. Tek lives in Orlando, FL (just a couple miles from Walt Disney World) with his wife and two young children.
