As an associate principal on Sg2’s Intelligence team, Charlotte draws from long-standing hospital and health system experience to provide members with creative thought leadership and executable solutions for integrated direct-to-consumer and direct-to-physician attraction and retention strategies.
Prior to joining Sg2, Charlotte spent 18 years with integrated health systems where she built clinical program and physician marketing strategies and solutions for sustained business growth. She most recently led physician outreach for Beth Israel Lahey Health where she crafted and implemented a robust service line care retention and physician alignment program as well as targeted physician relationship development strategies. Prior to that, Charlotte served as vice president of strategy and marketing with Covenant Health where she led system and service line business strategy and enhanced system brand and marketing strategy.
Charlotte’s hospital and health system experience extends to marketing and communications leadership positions with Mission Health, where she elevated ambulatory physician practice and service line marketing development and innovative product positioning and campaign execution. Her earlier professional tenure was dedicated to driving successful business growth as the physician relations and communications lead for Norton Medical Group with Norton Healthcare.
Charlotte holds a bachelor of arts degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys traveling with her husband and two young children as well as their dog, a German Shepherd.
